In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the 777zv website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any part of our Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777zv platform and close your Account if one has been opened.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 777zv with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the 777zv Services. 777zv is an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account on the 777zv platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 777zv reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void all associated transactions and bonuses.
3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.4 Self-Exclusion Check. By registering, you confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction from accessing online gambling services that would apply to you in your jurisdiction.
3.5 Restricted Territories. 777zv does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 777zv is lawful in their jurisdiction. 777zv accepts no liability for Players who access the platform from restricted territories.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777zv login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777zv immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 777zv will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). 777zv may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be deemed inactive. 777zv reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fee deduction remains the property of the account holder and is recoverable upon account reactivation subject to KYC verification.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Where account closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion and processed under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777zv currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777zv does not charge transaction fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. 777zv reserves the right to adjust minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. 777zv targets same-business-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PKT.
5.5 Source of Funds. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 777zv reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend the account if a deposit is identified as originating from a payment instrument not belonging to the account holder.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 777zv is obligated to implement anti-money laundering controls. Suspicious transaction patterns, unusually large withdrawals relative to gaming activity, or deposits and immediate withdrawals without meaningful play may trigger an AML review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation.
All withdrawal requests require successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification at the time of their first withdrawal request will be prompted to do so before funds are released.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available by 777zv are subject to these general terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. 777zv does not apply hidden wagering terms — if a wagering requirement applies, it is displayed before bonus acceptance.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer table games, certain arcade products, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. 777zv operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation, placing low-risk balanced bets across multiple outcomes to artificially meet wagering requirements ("bonus hunting"), and colluding with other players to share bonus value. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account permanently closed.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period, which is stated on the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account.
6.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 777zv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given a reasonable period to complete wagering requirements under the original terms.
7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the 777zv platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player or 777zv outside of the natural probabilities built into each game's design. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts or incorrectly settles a game round, 777zv reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's Account. Where a malfunction results in a winning display that is clearly inconsistent with the game's stated RTP or published pay table, 777zv reserves the right to void the payout. The decision of 777zv's technical team in all malfunction cases is final.
7.3 Sportsbook Bets. All sports bets are subject to 777zv's Sportsbook Rules, available in the Help section. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or force majeure circumstance, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable Sportsbook Rule for that event type. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is not deemed accepted until a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet/stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to stake confirmation. 777zv reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777zv platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all bets and balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: 777zv operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and any use of the platform for money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.
9.1 All content on the 777zv platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, user interface design, and the overall platform architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777zv or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777zv platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 777zv platform.
9.3 Unauthorised use of any 777zv intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. 777zv reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies in such cases.
10.1 777zv collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.
10.2 Your personal data is used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. We do not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. 777zv will endeavour to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
12.3 777zv's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 777zv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the 777zv website at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory authority.
13.2 The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms & Conditions were last updated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the platform.
13.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must stop using the Services and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes full acceptance of the amended terms.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777zv holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 777zv support. 777zv commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to engaging in good-faith resolution efforts.
14.3 Sportsbook Disputes. All disputes relating to the settlement of sportsbook bets must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. The decision of 777zv's Sportsbook team, following internal review, is final and binding.
